- 1 medium green apple, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 100g low-fat soft cheese (4% fat)

Method
Apple Pie
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add the remaining apple pie ingredients except the apple slices and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 15cm springform tin.
